Back in 2018, I was a member of a prayer group whose objective was to pray that God would grant discernment to Elvis Mbonye’s followers to know that Mbonye had irreversibly turned into a devil worshipper and was now leading them to eternal damnation. We faithfully prayed every Friday evening for several weeks. The last Friday we met, God clearly spoke separately to three of us (and thereby confirmed His message) that, “You have done your part in praying for my people to flee from Mbonye, and should stop praying for that issue. I now want you to focus on my Plan B, since Elvis messed up my Plan A.”

A year or so later, a one Sarah shared a dream on several social media platforms wherein God revealed to His people that, Elvis Mbonye and Grace Lubega, and their respective fellowships (Zoe Fellowship and Phaneroo), were one and the same – cults of the Devil. Sadly, four years later, these cults are still on the scene deceiving thousands. They even now have on their side older (once genuine) ministers of the gospel like Simeon Kayiwa and Robert Kayanja who also departed from the Lord Jesus Christ. The persistent evil fruits of these men, and the pictures and videos in the public domain of them sharing platforms with Mbonye and Lubega attest to what I am saying. These older ‘chaps’ have given much mileage to Elvis and Grace, thereby making their Satanic works seem unstoppable.

But God is faithful, and His Plan B will prevail. When that happens, many of His children who are now captives of Mbonye and Lubega, and the likes of Kayanja, will be set free. What the righteous saints ought to do in the meantime, is to partner with God in prayer for His Plan B to come forth. I really believe that the prayerful pursuit of the promise of Plan B is the most important spiritual strategy against the two cults of Mbonye and Lubega.

After three and a half years of drought in Israel, “It came to pass . . . that the word of the LORD came to Elijah, in the third year, saying, ‘Go, present yourself to Ahab, and I will send rain on the earth’” (1 Kings 18:1). Later, after Elijah had presented himself to Ahab, we see him praying for rain. It would seem like since Elijah had a promise from the Almighty God and was faithful, he did not have to pray for that promise to come to pass. However, “He prayed . . . and the heaven gave rain” (James 5:17). More so, Elijah did not pray just once for the promise of rain to come; he prayed seven times until a cloud, a sure sign of pending rain, was seen (see 1 Kings 18:44-45). In the same way, you who really love the children of God under the bondage of Elvis Mbonye and Grace Lubega, must earnestly contend in prayer for God’s Plan B to manifest. The Devil always puts up a fight against the promises of God. However, He never wins when Christians play their role especially in prayer. For “He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world” (1 John 4:4).

When Plan B manifests, it will be like a light shining in a dark place that cannot be hidden. It will be like a city on a hill that cannot be ignored, attracting people to it. Plan B will be like the Millennial Temple of God that was revealed to Isaiah the prophet: “The mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; all nations shall come and say, ‘Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths” (Isaiah 2:2-3).

Let us pray until something happens; until we either see what was promised, or, as Kenneth E. Hagin used to say, “Until we have a note of praise or victory in our hearts.”

God bless you.
