Those who attended the last two Bible Study sessions must have noticed that those same lessons were the ones preached on the subsequent Sundays, with some modifications. The repetitions were not because I lacked what to preach. The truth is I earnestly sought God to give me what to feed His sheep each of those two Sundays and His response was always the same: "Tell them what you studied on Wednesday from Rick Joyner’s book The Final Quest."
The lessons were: 1) Qualifying to sit with Jesus on His throne by loving God with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and with all our strength, and 2) asking God for the grace to love Him that way.
In his prophetic experiences, Rick Joyner saw some Christians in heaven sitting on thrones that were all a part of Jesus’ throne (Revelations 3:21). He got to learn that they "all did it the same way: They did not deviate from their devotion to the first and greatest commandment—loving the Lord" (Mark 12:29-30).
The question is: Can a human being love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength? The answer is ‘yes’ and ‘no’. As long as we still live in a mortal body and have a corrupted soul, we cannot love God as He should be, and neither can we become nor do what pleases Him. However, if we ask Him for His enablement, then He will give us the grace to love Him and to become and do what pleases Him.

The Bible says, "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16). Our desire to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength is a need for which the enablement - grace - is available. All we need to do is to ask for it.
When he was in heaven, Rick Joyner saw his need for God’s grace and asked for it: “Lord!” I shouted, forgetting everyone but Him. “I now know that this throne of judgment is also the throne of grace, and I ask You now for the grace to serve You. Above all things, I ask You for grace! I ask You for the grace to finish my course. I ask You for the grace to love You.” Jesus’ response was remarkable; He said, “You have called upon Me for grace. This request I never deny." Hallelujah.
The grace to love the Lord is abundant with Him, and it is readily available for whosoever will ask. That same grace is available for whatsoever we need to become in Christ or to do for Him. All we need to do is to acknowledge our inability and then boldly go to the throne of grace to receive it. It is that simple.
Therefore, you and I will never have any excuse if we do not get to sit with Jesus on His throne (Revelation 3:21) but end up just standing before the throne (Revelation 7:9). God’s perfect will for us is that we reign as kings with Jesus in the age to come. And the enablement (the grace) to qualify for that "prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:14) is readily available to whosoever asks.
God bless you.
